Board of Elections wants to hear from you...
The Bladen County Board of Election’s public hearing Monday night in Elizabethtown at the Bladen County Public Library was held to hear their proposal for combining the two current polling places in Elizabethtown into one, and the current two polling places in Bladenboro into one. According to the Board of Elections the benefits of combining the two polling places into one in each town are: there would be less situations of confusion about the correct place for the voters to submit their ballots, and the reporting would be expedited the night of the elections. Having attended the meeting, we now have some revised survey questions. Please submit your answers to be viewed publicly on BladenOnline.com.
