Call OUT for Stories: 30 Stories, 30 Portraits, 30 and under: Let's talk about being young and gay/bi/queer.
Hello and thank you for your interest in participating in this new project from OurSpace.

As a collective for young gay, bi, queer, cis and trans guys, we thought it would be great to hear different stories from our community - and transform them into art.

We asked one of the artists in our group if he was willing to take on this challenge, and transform 30 stories about young gay men who like (to have sex with) other men into unique digital pieces of art.

The only thing missing is your story.

We want to hear what it’s like for you to be young and queer and we want to share your stories with the community. It can be a story about coming out, or it can be a story about choosing not to come out. You can talk about overcoming challenges or you can talk about the challenges you have to face every day. Every lived experience is unique and everyone’s story should be respected. It can be a story from your past explaining how you came to be who you are or your present story.

If you complete the following form, you accept to share this story with OurSpace, and accept that this story will be shared publicly on our social media platforms. Your story will not be linked to any of your personal information and you do not need to share your real name.

To help the artist, please provide of picture of yourself. It can be your favorite selfie or a portrait you like, but it doesn't have to show your face. Please forward this picture - with the name you've chosen at the first question - to ourspacetoronto@gmail.com.

Thank you !
