Proposal Submission for 2015 Forum on Dropout Prevention for Native & Tribal Communities
This form is used to submit a proposal to present at the 2015 Forum on Dropout Prevention for Native & Tribal Communities, April 26-29, 2015 at the Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, Prior Lake, MN.

Presenters will be notified of the acceptance of their proposals by March 11, 2015.  Presentations are scheduled upon registration for the conference.  Presenters must register by April 3, 2015 to ensure a presentation slot.
