Most of the times, many individuals are confused about idea and project. Although most projects begin by an idea, a project is the process to put the idea in a structural form to set the goal and objectives of the project and, the budget and human resources need to execute the project and the time it will take to achieve the project goal.

A project typically have 3 major phases:
Initiation, planning, implementation, and closure.
This program will focus on the understanding of each of these 3 phases:

Project Initiation: A project is design to solve a problem or to create new opportunity for an organization or for a company. The goal of the project initiation is to define the project and convince an organization or a financial institution to fund the project. At the initiation phase you have to answer the following question? What is the issue (Problem statement) ? What you propose to do to solve the problem or to create new opportunity (The project.
