The ArtHaus Poetry Slam is a not-to-be-missed Decorah event (Friday, February 27 at 8pm, doors open at 7:30pm), welcoming anyone to participate in either or both categories, the non-competitive "Original Voices" (3 minutes or less of your own poetry) and the "Slam" (a good-natured competition complete with prizes and Applause-o-Meter). Admission to the event is $5, or $3 for students. Sign-up today to participate. Show-up the evening of to enjoy!
