PARENT from each family must also complete a second survey at this
link to provide electronic acknowledgment of the Codes of Conduct and
sign/return two forms (Nordic Ski Risk and Race Waiver).
3) There are 2 payment options at the end of this form for team dues**. Please indicate which method you will use by checking the box and then follow through with payment.
You will receive hotel block information for race weekends by email once your registration is complete, payment is confirmed, and the two forms returned.
**Dues are: New Skier $200, Returning Middle School $260, High School $360, and cover the following items:
- Wisconsin high school race entry fees (ie. Rhinelander, Iola, WI State, WI Sprint, etc).
- Use of roller skis, poles, boots, and a huge team fleet of practice and race skis.
- Race Support (waxing, ski prep assuming we use team volunteers).
- Year-round practices, experienced coaching, and proven successful (championship) program.
