New Delhi:
About two kilometres of National Highway 24 which connects Delhi and Lucknow has been submerged under water.
The Moradabad-Ranpur stretch got flooded after about one lakh cusecs water was released from the Kalagarh Dam in Uttarakhand last night.
Traffic has come to a halt since midnight although no vehicles have been washed away.
