Neighbours/Relatives: What specialization are you taking?
Me: Internal Medicine/General Medicine
N/R: You mean general physician?
Me: Yes
Me: Why? What’s wrong with it?
N/R: Why that? Why don’t you become a heart doctor or a lung doctor?
Me: In order to become those, I will first have to train for 3 years in internal medicine specialty.
N/R: Oh ok
*A couple of months later*
Same neighbour: So, what specialization are you taking?
Me: Internal medicine
N/R: What? Why?
