I came up with this design because i could not find a small compact design of Tic-Tac-Toe on the internet that could be used nicely in conjunction with creative mode.

• All the buttons are on the display, instead of being on the side with tonnes of messey wires. This cuts down on the size of the device hugely and increases its performance.
  

• There are many safety features built into the device.
  

• You can press buttons at quite a fast pace.
  

• Insta-wire technology used.
  
  

Please note: This design is not meant to be played without the ability to fly, so it is recommended that you have a fly-mod or that you are in creative mode.

I Apologize, when copying this with schematic files it messes everything up if you paste it with worldedit. It should be pasted correctly if you use MC edit, but i am not 100% sure.
