Banana Crumbs Muffin






Ingredients:

11/2 cup of the flour
½ tablespoon baking soda
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
¼ tablespoon pink salt
1 lightly beaten egg
3 bananas finely mashed
¾ cup of sugar
1/3 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoon flour
 1 pinch of ground cinnamon
1/3 cup of melted butter
1 tablespoon of butter 

Directions to Cook:

Take a large shallow bowl. Put 1 1/2 cup of flour in the bowl, add in it the baking soda, baking powder and Himalayan pink salt. Take another bowl beat together the eggs and mashed bananas. Add to it the sugar and the melted butter and mix well. Then add the beaten egg mixture into the flour mixture and stir well. Add the mixture till the flour is moistened. Slightly grease ten muffin cups with baking spray. Pour the banana flour batter in the greased muffin cups.

Take another small bowl, Mix the brown sugar with 2 tablespoons of flour, brown sugar and cinnamon put to it one tablespoon of the butter and mix thoroughly until it takes the shape like that of  coarse corn meal . Now sprinkle this mixture topping on the muffins. Preheat the oven to 190 degree Celsius. Place the muffin cups in the oven and bake them for at least 18 to 20 minutes, check the baking status of the puffins by inserting the toothpick in the center, if the toothpick comes out clear the puffins are ready to serve.
