ABC News reports one woman is asking for people to share a random act of kindness that she recently witnessed in a McDonald's restaurant.
Destiny Carreno posted a photo of two men at a McDonald's in Union Station in Chicago on her Facebook page on Sept. 16, but it's the story behind the photo that is now making news.
Carreno explains that the man seated in the photo is disabled and being fed by a McDonald's cashier identified only as Kenny.

"The man politely tried to ask the cashier something and it took him a few tries before either of us could understand he was saying 'Help me please,'" said Carreno.
"Neither of us knew what help he needed, and the cashier suggested a few things before he figured out the gentleman needed help cutting and eating his meal."
The restaurant was crowded at the time and Carreno didn't think that Kenny would leave the register to help the man.
The witness said she was "shocked" when the cashier closed down the register and went to the back to wash his hands and put gloves on.
"The cashier came out from the kitchen, sat down and began cutting the man's meal and helped him eat," said Carreno.
Carreno praised Kenny's act of kindness and said that the cashier's willingness to help go "above and beyond" his responsibilities was the "kindest and most humble thing I had ever seen."
