Senior executives must learn to lead by example, empower others to succeed and remain focused on the future of the organizations they lead – often in the face of challenges and change. Executive leaders are invited to this breakfast meeting, featuring an interview and open discussion with Christi Shaw, US country head, president of Novartis Corporation and resident of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation.
Christi will speak candidly about her career and her life, as well as the experience of becoming the leader of the US operations for one of the largest global pharmaceutical companies. She will discuss her collaborative leadership style – focused on innovation, integrity and inclusion, her experiences engaging, developing and empowering others, and her patient-centric mindset.

- Chairman, president, EVP, SVP/VP/AVP, executive director/senior director, or equivalent agency or other service provider (minimum of 15 full-time employees)
- Chairman, president, partner, managing director, or equivalent
