EA Headquarters in Emeryville Closed
Home to the SimCity team is closing.
Word came out today by developers who work at the soon to be closed Emeryville Studio that EA has decided to close the studio home to the Maxis Brand.
EA Emeryville was home to the Maxis team working on the SimCity PC game. The division of EA has been in hot water ever since the flopped release of the new SimCity game.
The Sims division of Maxis will not be affected by this closure as they are located at the main campus in Redwood Shores.
