Hello Inductees,

Congratulations on joining Primannum Honor Society! We invite each of you to attend the Induction Ceremony on Sunday, April 19th at 3:00 PM in the Memorial Chapel.

Before the ceremony, please report to 0130 TYD between 2:00 PM and 2:15 PM, so that you can pick up your certificate/pins and line up for the procession before heading over to the chapel. There will be no tickets required for this event. You are welcome to invite up to two guests. Please ask them to arrive at the Memorial Chapel no later than 2:45 PM.

In regards to appropriate attire, we ask that you dress business casual. For ladies, this means skirts, dresses, dress pants, blouses, nice shoes, etc. For men, this means dress pants, dress shirts, ties, nice shoes, etc.

Additionally, we will have Dr. Kelley Bishop, Director of the Career Center at the University of Maryland, as an honorary guest speaker for the occasion. Dr. Bishop came to University of Maryland from Michigan State University in 2013 to be the Director of the University Career Center and President’s Promise where he quickly became the key expert on campus for how the University of Maryland can best prepare current students and graduating students for immediate employment after graduation, as well as for career-building opportunities throughout their professional lives. He is passionate about student development and is looking forward to sharing his words of wisdom with you and your guests.

Parking for the Induction:

The following lots will be available for parking.  Please note any restrictions.

1.  Armory (located behind the Main Administration Building).

2.  Lot L

3.  Lot C2

4.  Lot C1 - make sure you park in a non-numbered parking space.  Any spaces that are numbered and part of the pay station will require you to pay.

5.  Regents Parking Garage - do not park in numbered spaces or in metered spaces unless you are going to pay.
