Hello!  Thank you for agreeing to be interviewed for my project.

There are a lot of questions, so I don’t mind if you don’t answer some of them, but please at least read through them all to see which ones intrigue you.  If you find yourself repeating yourself on some answers, write something like “See answer for #4” so you don’t have to say the same thing more than once.  However, I purposely asked each question, and so each might have a slightly different meaning attached to it than you might think at first.  I invite you to really ponder over each question, but I understand if you don’t have a lot of time on your hands.  Please, do what you can!
