How to Attract New Talent with Aaron Milburn

National Webinar

Our industry is an ageing one and encouraging young, new talent ensures the longevity of our industry. Already, some successful brokers have recognised the importance of succession planning and have taken steps to bring new energy into their business.

Topics covered in this webinar will include:

  • why you may not be attracting talent;
  • how and where to find talent;
  • learning to think outside the box;
  • current programs and help available;
  • what to look for in a new entrant; and
  • where they can be found.

Aaron Milburn personally mentors a number of new entrants and speaks at a number of mentoring groups events on behalf of the industry. From this, and his experience as a sales manager, he has a thorough understanding of how to attract new talent and what are the challenges and obstacles in doing so.
