Various Restaurant Marketing Techniques
For Different Kinds Of Customers
Identification of the needs of the customers and
then catering to them is the main reason why
the restaurant marketing campaign is conducted.
The event requires a proper classification of the
different types of customers. To make your
business flourish you have to get down to the
needs of the customers because after all they are
the real controllers of your business. The task
even though cumbersome but if taken care
properly then will give you good end results. A
warm welcome and service is something which
a customer really demands.
Serve the regular customers:
Your real target audience is the regular
customers. They are responsible for giving a static to your business. It is easier to build good
relations with them on a personal level and interact with them on their emails and even over the
phone. Some customers are so old for the restaurant that they are at times called by their first name
by the senior hotel staff as well as the owner. Even lower grade staff like the waiter become
familiar with the names of the customers who regularly visit their restaurant. No only the name but
also the orders placed by them can be memorized. This opens up more options for the restaurant
marketing campaign. You can easily plan to give offers on the kind of items that is preferred by
them.
Lonely customers:
They're a few kinds of customers who visit Restaurant Advertising alone. They keep themselves
busy either by reading newspapers or by some interesting magazine and a cup of coffee or some
drinks will accompany them. Since they are good readers so one interesting restaurant marketing
option that is available for them, are magazines which will promote the services provided by the
restaurant.Such kind of a customer is basically introvert in nature but need not prefer much of a
personal interaction.
Celebrity customers:
Your restaurant is really honored if celebrity customers visit there. Their visit is a sign of the fame
and the quality standards which is being maintained by the restaurant services. Events, parties,
dinner invites are some of the restaurant marketing techniques that are applicable to them. It is
these events that reveal the real standards of the restaurant. Also it widens the scope of reaching
out to a number of celebrities who in turn bring more and more customers to your restaurant. Such
kind of customers generally look for proper places where the parties can be conducted.
Contradictory to the lonely customers, some prefer to go out in the restaurants with their families
for lunch and dinner. They are the most common type of customers and making the children happy
is one way to invite more sales to your restaurant. Give what the child demands so that they force
their parents to visit the place again.
