Description — Draft various contracts in different fields, e.g. Letters of Intent, letters of Engagement & initial phases to ensure reaching contracts targets and guarantee the smooth execution. — Work on predictability during negotiations and drafting phases by balancing costs against risks, determine metrics for quality/delivery and methods of assessment to identify problems and conflicts early before occurrence. Assist in providing written legal opinions for all aspects of FMCG business in order to create legal solutions for day-to-day businesss needs and to keep pace with dynamic market changes and also in varied areas of practices, such as: Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Competition & Anti-Monopolistic Practices Law, Illegal Earnings Law, and Consumer Protection Law. Register and renew all Trademarks & Industrial designs through outsourcing IPR lawyers to save the good will of the company.
Qualifications BA of law Very Good language and communication skills (Arabic and English). Good analytical skills and a dynamic attitude Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company Image to the public. Service driven attitude. Team player. Flexible and highly accurate Minimum 5 years experience in the corporate legal field
