Summary of stats seems to be JAWS + NVDA would cover most bases. Also - most people use more than one screen reader (which seems to make sense). iOS + voiceover dominates mobile - headings are by far the most important navigation tool - skip links, landmarks are far less important.JAWS + NVDA only cover Windows. No Mac or Linux coverage
JAWS + VoiceOver + ChromeVox would cover most - Windows (IE + Chrome), Mac (All browsers), Linux (Chrome), iOS (all browsers)
