EXCLUSIVE: Trump's 13-year-old 'rape victim' dramatically DROPS her case. Woman withdraws legal claim she was assaulted at Jeffrey Epstein sex party

  • 'Katie Johnson's' shocking allegations first emerged in a lawsuit filed in California in April this year
  • She claimed she was lured to a sex party by pedophile Jeffrey Epstein where she was forced into rough role-play sex with presidential candidate
  • She said she was 13 when she met Trump after leaving her home in Oklahoma in 1994 to try to pursue a modeling career in New York
  • On Wednesday Johnson suddenly cancelled a press conference at which she was set to reveal herself for the first time
  • She spoke to DailyMail.com - and we have now learned that lawyers are pulling the case she filed against Trump and Epstein
  • She had no proof that her story is true and Trump has denied her claims
  • Clinton supporters had seized on the story as a possible knock out blow

The woman who alleged that Donald Trump sexually assaulted her at billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's notorious 'sex parties' in 1994 when she was a 13-year-old has dropped the civil lawsuit that was filed against him.

Trump's legal team branded the allegations 'disgusting at the highest level' and a 'hoax' clearly framed to 'solicit media attention or, perhaps... simply politically motivated'.

She first sued Trump and Jeffrey Epstein under the name Katie Johnson on April 26 in California federal court and  filed an amended complaint in New York federal court in October, claiming she was subject to rape, criminal sexual acts, assault, battery and false imprisonment.

The court papers offer no corroborative evidence that her claims are true.

On Wednesday, Johnson suddenly cancelled a press conference at which she was set to reveal herself for the first time, saying she was 'too afraid' following a series of 'threats' against her.

News that the rape claims have been dropped will dismay Hillary supporters who had hoped the allegations would be the knock out blow for Trump's election campaign - already rocked in recent weeks by a string of sex assault claims.

Since the lawsuit first emerged thousands of loyal Hillary followers had opened a discussion about the rape claims on Twitter and other social networks hoping to damage Trump's push for the White House.

The Huffington Post jumped on the bandwagon of anti-Trump sentiment after she made her claims, asking: 'Donald Trump Is Accused Of Raping A 13-Year-Old. Why Haven't The Media Covered It?'

But DailyMail.com has learned that she has dropped the case against Trump, leading to speculation that Johnson's story may have been fabricated.

Johnson conducted an interview, accompanied by Lisa Bloom, her lawyer, with DailyMail.com before the canceled press conference.

DailyMail.com is aware of Johnson's real identity, but has chosen to continue not to name her, as she requested anonymity to discuss her claims.

She neither requested nor was she offered any compensation to tell her talk about her claims.

She claimed her motivation to tell her story was to expose Donald Trump to stop him from becoming president.

'We would have a rapist in the White House. I would feel horrified every single day if I stay in this country,' she said, in dramatic terms.

Johnson said her experiences in the summer in 1994 still haunt her today.

'As much as I try to forget about everything that happened, it always affects everything in my life,' she said. 'I mean it affects my relationships, I don't think I've ever had a successful relationship, one that I feel I can trust that person, there's always that mistrust.'

But she also said that in 1994 she had no idea who her attacker was and that it was only when she watched The Apprentice that she came to believe it was Trump, claiming that she could not forget her attacker's face.

DailyMail.com learned she has two DUIs and a felony drug possession on her record and a history of drug abuse.

Regardless of the truth of her claims, she clearly has a troubled past, and told DailyMail.com that she believes her experiences as a young girl led to those troubles.

The former real estate worker said recent spinal surgery has meant she is unable to work and claims disability welfare.

In lurid claims Johnson in court papers, she claimed Trump took her virginity, forced her in to role-play sex and alleges that he and financier Epstein treated her as a 'sex slave' during an 'horrific' summer in 1994.

Johnson also alleged she was sexually abused by Epstein himself - a convicted pedophile - on two different occasions during the same summer.

Epstein counted Bill Clinton among his chums and the former president spent time aboard the convicted pedophile's 'Lolita Express' airplane. Clinton took 26 trips aboard Epstein's Boeing 727 jet.

Johnson claimed she was forced to perform sex acts on Epstein through threats of 'violence' to her and her family.

She told DailyMail.com about how she first came to jump on a Greyhound bus from small town Oklahoma to New York in a bid to pursue her dream of becoming a model. She was just 13.

Her nightmare began, she  says, when her parents separated when she was just eight and her mother moved them to Washington state.

Her mom then met a new man who was physically and verbally abusive and made her life hell.

Unable to cope Johnson says she decided to move back to Oklahoma to live with her father who had set up home with a new woman.

But life was no easier there either.

The one thing that kept Johnson going was her dream of becoming a fashion model.

She began to save money earned through baby-sitting for relatives so she could make a trip to New York to visit modeling agencies there.

She recalls: 'I got there and went to several modeling agencies but was told that I needed to put together a modeling portfolio before I would be considered, some wouldn't even see me. At that point my heart sank, I felt dejected.

'I then went to the Port Authority [bus and coach terminal] to start to make my way back home. There I met a woman on a bench who introduced herself to me as Tiffany.

'She was nice and told me about the parties and said that, if I would join her at the parties, I would be introduced to people who could get me into modeling. She said she helped girls like me get to where they want to get. She also said I'd be paid.'

Her account was that on that very first night, she met Donald Trump.

Tiffany said there was a party and she took Johnson to meet  Epstein at a mansion on 71st Street in Manhattan,  that had belonged to retail magnate Leslie H. Wexner of The Limited and was turned over to Epstein.

Johnson recalls that the house was 'filled with expensive things' and she felt out of place.

It is certainly true that Epstein held parties at the house, and that he is a pedophile. In the course of DailyMail.com's investigations, we spoke to 'Tiffany', who offered a similar account of events, but no actual evidence to back her assertions.

'Tiffany' also decline to provide her own true identity.

In Johnson's version, she told DailyMail.com how Epstein asked her to strip down to her 'panties' during an impromptu interview before requesting that she give him a massage.

Fueled by Tiffany's assertion that she would have to do certain things to make it as a professional model she agreed, she claimed.

Johnson claimed that even at that first meeting Epstein tried to have sex with her but she refused.

He told her at the end: 'You'll do, you've got the job.'

And that night at the party - which she says was filled with men and young girls - she would meet Donald Trump, she claimed.

Johnson acknowledges that she had no idea who Donald Trump was at the time.

But she claims that she would never forget his face and it was only years later when Trump starred in The Apprentice that she recognized the man she says sexually assaulted her.

That may be the crucial flaw in her story.

She claims the businessman, who in the summer of 1994 was 48, saw her and requested her company through Tiffany.

She said: 'He didn't really talk to me at all, he spoke at me, but he was talking to Tiffany more telling her what he wanted me to do. I thought he felt like he was too good to even speak to me.

'Tiffany told me what I needed to do. Anything he did say to me wasn't that great, like "you need some work". I was 13 I didn't know what I was doing.'

Johnson recalls how Tiffany explained how to sexually stimulate Trump.

'Tiffany explained it like it was second nature - like I should have known what those things meant. This night I was supposed to manually stimulate him and I needed to use a glove for whatever reason,' she said.

She added: 'And I did not know what she meant at first, I had only kissed a boy at that point, I didn't know what to do. She (Tiffany) wanted to give me a crash course, the whole time I'm not wanting to do it.

'But she's like, "that's how models get in to the industry", and if I wanted to be a model bad enough then I would do it.'

Johnson says the man she claims to be Trump said very little to her during that first encounter other than she reminded him of his daughter.

After Johnson finished the sex act, she claims,  he made a comment that she 'wasn't great', before putting on his pants.

'He left, I don't know whether he went to another girl, but that was the last time I saw him that night,' she said.

Before she left the party Epstein gave her $700.

Tiffany then drove Johnson back to the Port Authority bus terminal and she returned home to Oklahoma in the early hours. During the long journey home she broke down in tears.

'I cried for a while, I didn't know what to do. I was in this dilemma,' she said. 'I can't tell my parents where I went - I didn't think they were gonna understand. It would be more than a grounding.

'I felt that I needed to go back and pretend it never happened.'

But then just a few days later Epstein's recruiter Tiffany called Johnson at home.

Tiffany told her she was mailing her a plane ticket back to New York, there would be money in with it and she also promised to set up a meeting with a director of a modeling agency.

'She promised to get me into modeling, to get me some gigs and organize my portfolio,' she said.

'I felt that at least what happened at the last party wouldn't have been a waste and at least I get to do what I came for.'

Tiffany had told Johnson to keep the encounters secret from her friends and family and made veiled threats that she might get hurt if she lets the secret out because she was dealing with 'powerful people'.

'Within a couple of weeks I was heading back to New York. Tiffany had sent me some kind of buddy pass for the flight and money for a cab,' said Johnson. 'I stayed at Tiffany's apartment. I remember she had a driver who would take us places.

'But when I went back there was a party that night. She (Tiffany) was basically ready when she drove up to the airport to pick me up, my plane had been delayed. I asked her if we could go to her house but basically I changed in the back.

'When I got to the mansion it was basically the same thing, kind of meet people, entertain people, walk around. If someone requests something of you then...

'Again Tiffany said I got requested and it was the same guy as before, it was Trump. And I was to give him oral sex.

'I had never done that to anybody so I was a little nervous, so I walked up to him and moved in that direction and he kind of slapped me away and said, "what are you doing, you need to put a condom on"'.

Tiffany ran over and handed Johnson a condom and apologized profusely to the man she claims was Trump.

'I felt very intimidated, he made a comment that I wasn't doing it right, that I needed to take classes,' she said. 'He continued to let me do it, he didn't tell me to stop. He said something to Tiffany a couple of time, "tell her to go faster".

'Tiffany was close by, then after a little while, I guess he was done with it and he went. I didn't see him again that night.'

Tears welling in her eyes, Johnson added: 'I knew it was wrong, I didn't want to do it, I was scared. I wanted it to be over.

'I was worried what my dad was gonna think, I didn't want him to ever find out, I felt pretty horrible.'

She was again enticed back to New York for a third time that summer with the promise of a photo shoot and a hook up with a modeling agency.

She claims: 'It was within a few days of the second visit Tiffany called me and said, "You've been requested for a fantasy role play". You could tell she was being pushed at her end.'

Johnson was told she wouldn't have to participate in another party because it was a private set up with another girl.

'I agreed, I got the ticket and I did the whole thing of "going to grandma's" and got a cab.

'I got to New York and was taken to Jeffrey Epstein's house. I was taken to a room and it was me and another girl were cleaning and we would have an encounter and he [Trump] would come in.'

She described a sordid role play in which her and another underage girl were dressed as maids and she claims they were forced to 'make out' with each other.

She alleges Trump - or the man she claims was Trump - entered the room and feigned surprise at seeing the two girls.

'She told me it was a role play but she didn't tell me what kind until I got there. And so I'm freaking out, I'm like, so you want to tie me to a bed and play out a rape scene with a man.

Johnson said: 'Maria was around the same age as me, it was pretty obvious. I felt she was going through the same thing as me, in that she was being forced to be there somehow.

'So we cleaned and then very clumsily kissed and Trump caught us making out on the job as part of the role play.'

She claims 'Trump' ordered the two girls to carry out a string of sex acts on each other and on him.

'Again he finished and said we both could have done it better and then left. We never saw him again that night.'

She  added: 'At that point, after these three encounters, the type of man he was, I thought that he was a creepy guy, a molester who wanted sex with these girls. He's older than my dad, I felt like he was evil, I was scared of him.'

Again she went home to Oklahoma in tears but there was to be one final trip to New York.

'Tiffany would call me and check on me. Then she was like, "Hey I have something", but she was like, "this is the time though, if you can do this we will set you up. You'll be getting a contract tonight".

'She didn't say what agency but she said I would be signed by an agency that night if I decided to go.

'I was like, "well what's the worst that could happen", I thought the worst had already been happening.'

'She [Tiffany] told me it was a role play but she didn't tell me what kind until I got there,' she recalls. 'And so I'm freaking out, I'm like, so you want to tie me to a bed and play out a rape scene with a man.

'It was just going to be that and that's what he [Trump] wanted.'

Johnson made sure Tiffany stayed in the room and says 'Trump' agreed reluctantly to allow her.

'He was pretty rough with me, I was already tied to the bed. I didn't really know it was gonna be that, he pushed me around and tore off my clothes,' she alleges.

She says she thought she would have to stimulate the real estate mogul orally or manually as had happened before.

'It was like he was going for one thing, it was basically to have intercourse and I started crying and I asked him to stop and I asked Tiffany to come over, but he kept on,' she claims.

Johnson, who says she was a virgin, said Tiffany tried to intervene, but she was pushed away.

She says: 'It was basically like he was doing it, he was like, "what did you think this was gonna be?" He was very abrasive and I just started crying and I screamed and said "please don't", and he slapped me and told me to shut up and then he ripped my panties off.

'He had sex with me without me wanting to. He was disgusted by the fact I was crying.

'He got up and started putting on my clothes and basically he was disgusted by the fact I was crying.'

Johnson  says she recalls saying to Tiffany in ear shot of the man she claims was Trump that she could get pregnant because he didn't use a condom.

As much as I try to forget about everything that happened, it always affects everything in my life.

But she said: 'Trump basically said that I should be proud that he would even allow me the opportunity and if I got pregnant I could get an abortion.'

With that, she says, 'Trump' threw $400 on to the floor in her direction.

'Tiffany made clear she wasn't happy with him and then Jeffrey Epstein came in and he saw that there was money on the floor and got mad, he asked if I had asked for the money and said that he was gonna be the one to pay me and said it wasn't mine to take.'

Johnson said that Epstein also tried to have sex with her but she says she managed to 'fight him off' and he got really angry and made a series of threats to her.

According to the lawsuit Epstein also raped her on that occasion.

The woman identified only as Tiffany Doe in the lawsuit, a 'trusted employee' of Epstein's,' corroborated Johnson's' allegations in a telephone call with DailyMail.com, but she refused to reveal her full identity.
