Please complete the online registration below and mail your nonrefundable $60.00 payment to the address noted at the bottom of this form.  All checks should be made payable to the Southern Ohio ESC.  LIMITED ENROLLMENT!  It is necessary to enroll and submit your payment to secure your registration for a workshop.

2017-2018 Attacking the ACT Workshops

Location for each workshop: Southern Ohio ESC - Wilmington Office, 3321 Airborne Road, Wilmington, Ohio 45177

Time:  8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m.  Workshop begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.)

Cost: $60.00 per student.  Payment is nonrefundable.  (Light breakfast refreshments, a boxed lunch, and drinks are included with the $60.00 registration fee.  In addition, each participant will receive a workbook, full-length practice test, and an accompanying solutions manual that provides additional test prep practice questions.)
