Run to me. Not from me.

this book was my least favorite in this series, No let me rephrase that it was my least favorite book of all time but my curiosity got the best of me, i had to finish it, i needed to know "the secret" hey if we all liked the same books the world would be a boring place :p, in this book Amy had her "Nancy Drew mode activated" she was playing detective, she was trying to find truth behind her family's murder but she didn't got far because Liam found her and took her with him before she gets herself killed, Now BOTH of them are playing detectives ughhh .. i loved the plot but dialogues were boring and cringe worthy.

Raw and honest. That is what Liam Stone claimed he wanted from me, but that is not what he gave me...

I cannot risk trusting him, or anyone for that matter, at least ot until I confront the past someone wants me to forget...

MY THOUGHTS

The book starts right where Escaping Reality left off.

Remember? Amy overheard Liam talking to Derek, about her and about how Liam could handle her and the situation etc.

So, what does Amy do? Now that she's pretty sure she shouldn't have trusted Liam? She runs again. Or at least she tries - because Liam is trying his best to follow her.

"Run to me, not from me."

But she manages to get away from him. She ends up in New Mexico, working in a little diner for a few weeks. That's where Liam finds her.

But he's not the only one looking for her. The bad guys are hot on her trail too.

But are the others the bad guys? Or is Liam the bad guy? She just doesn't know what to do, who to trust.

She wants to believe that Liam is one of the good guys...but if he is, she would put him in danger by staying with him.

Clinging to Liam, I cannot do anything but trust him and pray he's worthy of that trust.

...but ... if my story was a book and someone was reading it, would they call me naive and stupid?

But she can't do it alone. She wants to find out what happened to her family six years ago. Why everybody had to die, and why people are still looking for her.

So she decides to trust Liam.

...maybe he's my last hope. Or maybe, he's my final destruction.

description

Liam takes her with him to New York - into his very secure apartment.

And while Liam is still positive that they should hide Amy somewhere safe in Asia, where he has contacts - Amy wants to do some more research into her past. She needs to know what happened and she can't just let Liam take over and send her away.

She still has her black-outs / flashbacks and more and more details come back to her.

We find out more about the bad guy(s) and what her brother might have had to do with it all.

Lots of sexy and romantic and moving and suspensy scenes await you ☺

description

But I'm not telling you any more details ☺ it would totally spoil your reading pleasure ;)

I LOVED THE BOOK!!!

I was soooo looking forward to reading this second book!!!!

I loved loved loved Escaping Reality SO MUCH - and I think that unfortunately my expectations were a tiny little bit too high! So my 5 FAT Stars for Escaping Reality are now only 4.9999 Stars for Infinite Possibilities. And that's really not a bad thing at all, it's just that I was soooo much in love with the first book that this second one didn't really stand a chance.

I really loved it though.

The suspense plays a much bigger part here than it did in the first book.

But that was to be expexcted - we had to get to the bottom of the whole situation of Amy's past.

But I think by putting so much suspense in here, Liam and Amy were kind of forgotten a little bit.

There's still a lot of them in it - lots of sexy scenes and moving romantic scenes - but with Amy being on the run at the beginning and with all that suspensy stuff happening there was just not enough time for the Love-Story-part of the book.

Hm that sounds stupid - there IS Love in it - but with a 250-page book there wasn't enough room for anything deeper I guess. OK, no, I think I'm totally confusing you now. There are LOTs of scenes with Liam & Amy and lots of feelings and crying and fear on both sides. Forget about the last few lines ☺ Just read it yourself! If you loved Escaping Reality you will definitely LOVE this book too!

Just like I did - it's just that I had too high expectations! ☺

Now I can't wait for the third book in the series!!!! Forsaken!
which is NOT written from Amy's POV and not Liam's either ;)

Infinite possibilities….
Infinite passion…..
Infinite danger….

His touch spirals through me, warm and sweet, wicked and hot. I shouldn’t trust him. I shouldn’t tell him my secrets. But how do I not when he is the reason I breathe? He is what I need.

At the young age of eighteen, tragedy and a dark secret force Lara to flee all she has known and loved to start a new life. Now years later, with a new identity as Amy, she’s finally dared to believe she is forgotten–even if she cannot forget. But just when she lets down her guard down, the ghosts of her past are quick to punish her, forcing her back on the run.

On a plane, struggling to face the devastation of losing everything again and starting over, Amy meets Liam Stone, a darkly entrancing recluse billionaire, who is also a brilliant, and famous, prodigy architect. A man who knows what he wants and goes after it. And what he wants is Amy. Refusing to take “no” as an answer, he sweeps her into a passionate affair, pushing her to her erotic limits. He wants to possess her. He makes her want to be possessed. Liam demands everything from her, accepting nothing less. But what if she is too devastated by tragedy to know when he wants more than she should give? And what if there is more to Liam than meets the eyes?

The Plot Thickens

This second book in the series has Amy on the run again. For the first time since her life was touched by violence over six years ago, she is without the assistance of her "mystery handler".

Her past soon catches up with her as Liam and her enemies throw all their resources at tracking her down. It seems that everybody wants a piece of Amy. From one page to the next I was trying to figure out who could be trusted.

Surprising information about Amy's brother is brought to light, changing the dynamics of the story. Meanwhile, Amy's continued flashbacks slowly reveal her suppressed past to her. It seems that perhaps her perfect life hadn't been so perfect after all.

While this book had some steamy scenes, it seemed to focus more on the mystery/suspense aspects of this story than the first book did. Amy and Liam's relationship experiences some pretty big changes, but these events seemed kind of skimmed over to me. The bulk of the book focused on unraveling the mystery of why somebody wants Amy dead and who they are exactly.

This was a good, quick read. It kept my interest and was entertaining. I will be awaiting the release of the next book in this series to see how things play out for Amy, Liam and even Chad.

I was really hoping I'd enjoy this. I was entertained with the first one, but the mystery was just a jumble of frustration and unanswered questions.

This installment did give answers, but I don't get why things had to go the way they did for six years. Not a lot makes sense in Amy's hiding or how it came about in my opinion. The fact she never asked questions or tried to find out what happened and just mindlessly went along with mysterious instructions in the form of anonymous notes was so ridiculous! Whatever with the mystery, that's not what completely wrecked my reading experience. It was Amy and the extremely stupid and frustrating decisions she continually made!! At 61% I was about to call it quits because I was sooooo annoyed by the incredibly idiotic move on Amy's part!! Ugh! How Liam could even want this brainless twit I have no idea. The plot defies logic and sensibility. Needless to say, I will not be continuing this series.

Suspense ~ Coincidence ~ Desperate

Run to me. Not from me.

INFINITE POSSIBILITIES continues from where book one left off. I don't want to give anything away by getting into the plot but I will say I'm still not sure who to trust.

One big question did get answered- who her handler is and why he/she choose to help Amy. But we are still left wondering who the bad guys are and exactly why they want Amy dead.
My list stays the same for who could possibly be a bad guy:
• her new boyfriend
• her neighbor
• her handler
• her new friend
• etc ... (so many Infinite Possibilities)

If you enjoy reading books where the alpha billionaire takes a younger female under his protection than this book is up your alley. It has a mix of mystery and suspense that keeps the reader guessing throughout the story. The only down fall is at the time of me writing this review there is no release date for the third book. It just list 2014 as the year it is expected to be released. If you aren't a fan of cliffhangers and unfinished series than I suggest you wait to read this one until FORSAKEN hits the book stores.

3.5 Stars. This should have been a 4 star, no questions. So why not? Well I started this a few days ago. Put it down. Read another book and then did not run back to pick it up.

Amy Benson is on the run yet again. But this time she knows the identity of at least on man that is after her, Liam. But what she doesn't know is if he is someone she should fear. What she heard tells her she should, but her instincts and her heart tells her he will protect her.

For six years, Amy, has been on the run and from a past that she can't remember. But now more than ever she needs to regain her memories to save those around her.

LRJ can without a doubt write suspenseful romance. I am not sure though if this was a conclusion to Amy's story. I know the next is an alternative POV, but with the way this ended, there is just too much left unresolved that maybe the next book will answer for us, but that doesn't solve my need for Amy to finally gain her life back fully.

I think the way this ended is what is causing me a little distress. I had very high expectations, I loved the first book - I was completely captured by the story and just couldn't put it down. Maybe by having to step away from this for a few days, I let the build up die off and that is why I didn't get that 'edge of my seat' feeling this go round.

However, the next in the series, Forsaken looks like it might just pull this series together for me.

Reading Order
Escaping Reality (The Secret Life of Amy Bensen #1)
Infinite Possibilities (The Secret Life of Amy Bensen #2)
Forsaken (The Secret Life of Amy Bensen #3) - Chad's POV

Review
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED LOVED this book.....until the last 5% - it went to fast and more or less left me hanging.  It was cleaned up too fast and too easy - I WANTED MORE!!

Yeah, yeah....I know there is a book 3 but it's not going to be about Amy and Liam ---- God how I hope we have more of their story in #3 and find out more about Jared, Meg and Chad ---- again Lisa Renee Jones leaves me wanting more and more....

Lisa - if you read this....I need you to feed my addiction for Amy and Liam.

This picks up right where "Escaping Reality" left off and Amy is on the run from Liam.  She knows deep down that he will find her and she knows that she does indeed want to be found by him.  She is finally ready to find out all the answers to the questions of who is helping hide her, who is after her, why are they after her, what significance is the triangle tattoo and will she ever be safe.

The blackouts are getting worse and she is remembering more and more about that terrible night of the fire where she lost her whole family - now she remembers a strange man talking to her mother and that same man arguing with her father.  Who is this man and is he the one who killed her family?

Who can she trust?  Is Liam there to really help her or is he connected with the strange man?

The only thing that Amy does realize is that she is in love with Liam and she can't control her feelings whether he is telling the truth or lying to her.  She feels deep down inside that she should trust him - but why are there so many others hinting that she shouldn't?

Wrap Up
All of these questions are finally answered in the book and like I mentioned earlier - it was the last 5% of the book which answered them....but then again kinda left you hanging.

I would have rated this book a solid 5 stars if the ending wasn't so jammed pack with the answers and solutions.

Other than that, it was another winner in this series!

I feel like I got gypped, but I know it's no one's fault but my own. It's not like I was expecting great literature, or even a conclusion, but I was hoping that something would happen to feel like we were getting somewhere, and I can't say this satisfactorily met that expectation. The book is not that long to begin with, and it feels like three-quarters of it was consumed by repetitive purple prose about the "melting" sensations Amy supposedly experiences every time Liam comes within 15 feet of her. The dialogue basically consisted of:
Amy: I have to find out what happened. You have to include me.
Liam: You are mine. You belong naked in my bed. I will protect you at all costs and you must submit. (commences with yanking her clothes off)
Amy: (melting) But I'm afraid you're going to diiiiee...

and...we get nowhere. Lather, rinse, repeat, ad nauseum. It really got annoying. Even the so-called "story" was pretty unexciting, for this supposedly all-consuming, deadly mystery (not that we've yet to be given any concrete details). At the end of the last book, I was still curious about where it would go, but that impulse has now been successfully squashed.

3.5 Continuing, Conspiracy, Exotic Stars * * * */*

Earlier this year, I read Escaping Reality and was quite taken with it. It had a catchy start of a woman living a life while needing to hide in plain sight. She is being "handled" by a man she never sees. She has lost all of her family in a devastating fire, and when she is directed by the handler instructing her of danger, she follows his directions going to where he says. It felt a little like the TV show Mission Impossible meets In Plain Sight. (Yes, unfortunately, I am of the generation which watched the original Mission Impossible as a child)

I had a faint understanding when I read the book, a cliffy was coming. I forgot that as I was reading it, only to have it come and slap me hard in the face at the end.

Fast-forward to the release of Infinite Possibilities. It had been long enough between books for me to refresh the story and what the motivation was about this story. I read the last couple of chapters of the first book so I would be ready to go with the right mind frame for the new one.

For me, unfortunately, I never got to the same level of interest and curiosity I had with the first book. The characters were still interesting, Liam was still the beautiful Alpha Male... wanting his woman, willing to do anything to protect her and make her safe.
Amy was still the survivor/victim/seeker searching for answers and questioning almost everything around her, trying to figure out who to trust and who to hide from.

The story is strong and there is definitely a point of view with implied twists and turns to engage.
My feeling is that this would have been stronger for me if it had not been two books. The tension would have been maintained throughout one book with the interest held and my mind racing wanting to know all of the answers to the questions asked.

This is well written with a very strong concept from the beginning. If you enjoy a little mysterious intrigue with your romance then this series is perfect. Just be prepared to read both books as I think that will enhance the experience.
The story does have an ending yet there is another book coming from one of the characters involved POV. He is a pivotal character and his take on all that has happened and why will be a draw for fans of this series. It seems that this book ends the chapter for Liam and Amy but with the additional book coming...but don't hold me to it....

Infinite Possibilities is book two in what appears to be a trilogy. This installment picks up right where book one left off. I would categorize this series as romantic suspense. Amy Benson is still on the run and her life is still in danger. She still doesn't know who is after her and the plot thickens!

This review will contain major spoilers if you haven't already read book one. So if you haven't read it yet. Stop reading now, and go read it, because it was amazing. :-)

This book picks right up where book one left off. I re-read the last couple of chapters from book one to help me remember where things left off, and I would recommend you do the same. The author doesn't do a lot of recapping. Thank you for that!

So as you may recall, we start off with Amy overhearing a conversation where Liam admits that he is hiding something from her. She trusted him and put her life in his hands, only to discover that he has ulterior motives.

Amy has no idea who is after her or why. She has moments where she has blinding flashbacks but no details come to lead her in the right direction. She trusts no-one. Everyone who comes close to her dies.

Liam was her one savior. But now, she can't trust him. On top of that, in book one, we are left with a possible pregnancy cliffhanger.

Amy knows that Liam will stop at nothing to find her. He has almost infinite resources and she has no doubt he will use them. Her heart is breaking, but she has a strong survival instinct.

Amy is utterly alone. She still doesn't know who her handler was/is or why they were helping her.

When Liam finds Amy, she decides to take a leap of faith and trust him. But with trust comes the reality that she may put him in danger.

He has no plans of letting her go EVER again.

"Run to me, not from me."

Things start to go a little crazy.

Amy's world is unraveling. Truths turn out to be lies.

This book does not answer all of our questions...

So, what will happen next. Well I guess we will just have to keep reading to find out now won't we?

So, this book reminds me a lot of a suspenseful soap opera. Liam is a possessive Alpha male who sees Amy as a damsel in distress who is in need of saving. But Amy has been doing just fine on her own thank you very much! She has managed to survive on her own for years. They have amazing chemistry that will knock your socks off. When Liam and Amy come together, he possess her. YUMMY!

This story moved fast and it was somewhat short at around 250 pages. There is a lot of intrigue and action. There was more relationship building in book one, but I felt satisfied as a romance junkie with the amount of relationship in this one. There are some steamy hot scenes and serious suspense that kept me going.

The thing I love most about this book is that it is unique. Yes, it has a uber-rich hot guy, and yes we have a damsel in distress. But that is where the formula ends in my opinion. This is an action packed series full of twists and turns that leave you guessing. I was thoroughly entertained, and that is the goal here. So I gave this a high four star review rounding up to five.

3 ‘still sexy and mysterious but not as good as the first’ stars

After reading Escaping Reality I was so sucked into The Secret Life of Amy Bensen that I had to continue straight on. This book picks up immediately after the end of Escaping Reality, with Amy torn between her fear for her life and her necessarily distrustful nature, and the man who she is very quickly falling for, Liam Stone.

I can’t risk trusting him— or anyone else— until I confront the past someone wants me to forget.

Amy has spent the last 6 months on the run from an anonymous enemy. She suffers debilitating blackouts and flashbacks relating to the traumatic death of her family, and with the help of a “handler” she has never met, she moves from city to city, assuming a different identity each time in order to stay safe. And now , she is even more determined to seek out answers.

I was really annoyed with Amy at the end of the last book, but thankfully the situation is resolved quickly, and Liam is there for his girl. His overprotective, semi-controlling billionaire ways certainly help Amy and her situation, but he is still just a man who cares deeply for Amy, and wants nothing more for her to trust him and stay with him while he keeps her safe.

“What do I have to do to convince you I’m the one you should run to, not away from? Tell me and I’ll do it.”

There is some great romantic development, and I really enjoyed seeing Liam and Amy start to open up to each other more. Once again the sex is steaming, but it’s the swoony romance that I loved as Liam shows his determination to create a life with Amy.

“What we need more than anything, Amy, is each other. I need you, baby. I need you alive and well, in my bed and in my life. The idea of losing you is torture, but I know you aren’t my property. You’re the woman who changed me in ways I don’t even fully understand.”

And then, with the danger lurking closer than ever, Amy pulls an EPIC stupid which left me fuming in disbelief that she could be so incredibly idiotic. I get that she thought she was searching for answers, but WTF?? . Seriously, WTF? Honestly, it soured me towards her, and I spent the rest of the book being mad at her.

But her stupid move does lead to us finally getting some answers, but while some information is revealed (some of it surprising, some of it not so much), there is still SO much unknown. I must admit, though, that the reveals that we got weren’t as exciting as I was hoping, it all seemed a bit ‘blah’, really. But Amy is still very much in danger and a new storyline is revealed, so there is still a lot that needs to happen before it all ends.

The book ends on another cliffy, but the next book veers off into a different direction , and I have to admit, I’m not overly interested. I will read it at some point just to get some closure, but in terms of the mystery, I’m not as invested as I was after the first book. It was still a good read though – even if parts of it did annoy me.

3 stars.

4.5 BRILLIANT, CAN'T WAIT FOR MORE STARS!!

This is book 2 of the brilliant The Secret Life Of Amy Bensen series and it continues from where book 1 ended.

What do you do when you don't know who to trust?
When your life is in danger?
When there are so many secrets and no answers?
Where do you run?
Where do you hide?

After the ending of Escaping Reality my emotions were all over the place I was dying to get my hands on this book and find out what is going on.And well..Lisa Renee Jones did not disappoint!
There were so many secrets and we never got any answers in book one so I really hoped this one would give us more insight to what really happened to Amy's family and basically wtf is going on.

Let me say that Escaping Reality made me bloody paranoid, I was all jumpy and everyone became a damn suspect, I was all over the place..So when reading this one I admit I may have gone slightly mental, no joke I was like screaming (in my head obviously, don't want people to think I have lost the plot) AMY DON'T TRUST ANYONE! Other than Liam. In my heart I just hoped knew Liam can't be the bad guy..He can't okay? It felt like it was going back and forth with the whole, Is Liam bad or good? But yeah because I rock I was like no Liam can't be bad, if he is well, shits gna go down!!
You find out that there is so much more to this stories and many more secrets yet to be revealed.

I was on edge all the way through, just when I was like phew finally some peace and then BOOM! another problem/dangerous situation and again with being paranoid all over again. This fast-paced book filled with suspense, twists and turn will keep you captured right until it ends. Even after it ends you are like damnn when is the next book being released? I hope it's tomorrow *Sigh*

Oh Lisa Renee Jones, you did me a DIRTY!

I started Infinite Possibilities thinking I was finally going to get answers! Escaping Reality ended with so many questions unanswered I was dying but I thought Infinite Possibilities would tell me everything…WRONG!!

How could you do this to me? I finished this second book and know NOTHING! NOTHING! And now there is a book three?? Say it ain’t so!

I have a major problem with unannounced cliffhangers and series books. I feel like an author has a responsibility to let a reader know if a book does not offer a complete story. I had no idea Escaping Amy would end in a cliff-hanger. I wrongly assumed Infinite Possibilities would be the conclusion to the story. Maybe I should have stalked facebook and book blogs trying to get more information about book two and confirmed this was the final book in the series but honestly, the information should be given up-front. Obviously, I am not a happy camper. A third book? Uggh.

Aside from the surprise third book, I didn’t think the writing in this book was as solid as Escaping Reality. There were a few typos, repeated words, that type of thing. Nothing major at all, just some mistakes I normally don’t expect to see in a Lisa Renee Jones book. I also felt let down by the romance between Liam and Amy. While I absolutely love how alpha Liam is, I just didn’t feel the same chemistry between these two characters as I did in book one. The mystery and suspense is all over the place. Maybe book three will tie it together but I almost feel like book two tried to accomplish too much.

I loved Escaping Amy. I really did but Infinite Possibilities left me feeling meh! Honestly, I’m not sure I will be reading book three. It certainly won’t be at the top of my TBR list when it comes out.

4.5 Infinite Stars!

Story picks up where it left off. Amy is again on the run, not knowing who to trust and heartbroken. Liam had been her escape, her passion, the only person she trust... then he made her doubt him. But even if Liam is telling the truth, she can't put his life in danger because of her. Secrets and lies. They are everywhere: haunting her, tormenting her.

But Liam is not giving up on Amy, he fights to keep Amy safe, for Amy to run to him not run from him, to show her that she is his!

In this sequel, the story unravels.

I get Amy's character, she is lost, alone and tired of running, hell I am tired for her, I thought it'll never stop. But this time she is ready to fight and not just for survival, but for the truth, and fight to keep the people she loves safe. To start a life with Liam... raw and honest.

I loved it! Definitely well written. Hot, intense, romantic, gripping and surprising. I can't wait to read Chad's POV.

Thank you Ms. Jones for the ARC for my honest review...

Infinite Possibilities
By Lisa Renee Jones

Than you to Lisa Renee Jones for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I honestly can't begin to tell you how amazingly talented Lisa Renee Jones is when it comes to writing. She is honestly my favorite author and NEVER leaves me disappointed after completing one of her master pieces. Yes, she writes stories with amazing characters, plots that include great love stories, scenes that are filled with passion and leave your heat racing; but she always includes an element of mystery that constantly leaves you wondering and wanting more!

Of course, Infinite Possibilities, does not fail to deliver all of that. Amy continues to run from her past in order to survive and keep Liam alive. Her Godzilla remains a mystery and continue to be one step behind her no matter where she finds herself running to.

Liam told her from the beginning if she has to run, then run to him instead of running away. Of course, she doubts everyone and trusts nobody. She finds herself running away from Liam and anything that once belonged to Amy or Lara (her former and real identity). Liam refuses to let her go and finds her hiding in Mexico. Amy finally faces her fears and takes Liam's offer to always protect her and be by her side.

Together they finally face a future filled with happiness, hope, and dreams. However they must find the person who is behind wanting to kill Amy. Without figuring out what her family was hiding, they will never stop running. So they decide to run and hide until they find out who they are running from and how to stop them. Of course, another fire puts an end to that plan and Amy finds herself apart from Liam again and not knowing who to trust. Her past comes back to haunt her and she does not know who to trust or what to believe.

My favorite quotes:
"Despite the rain that has drenched us both, unlike me, he doesn’t look like hell. He looks like sex and sin and the temptation I can never say no to. "-Amy

I am,” I say, spreading my hand over his tattoo, “infinitely yours, Liam Stone.”-Amy

Do you know how much what you said about Jared killed me after I’d already died a million deaths in the past twenty-four hours?”-Liam

You know those TV series where you get so hooked, you're just DYING to get some answers, only to learn a mind-blowing twist during the season finale and when the new season FINALLY goes on air (after months of obsessing over THAT ending), even more questions are thrown your way. Like, what the hell, right?

Well, this book totally did an Alias, Lost and an Arrow on me. It's mainly frustrating that I have to wait for I don't know how many months for the next book for answers that I probably won't get, but I'm HOPING I would get. At the same time, I'm happy about how this book lived up to my expectations. After that cliffhanger in Escaping Reality and a setback with the release date, I can definitely say that this was worth the wait.

"Run to me, not from me."

My issue with the first book was how impatient and annoyed I was that Lisa Renee Jones would tease me with bits and pieces of Amy's past only to end up holding back each time. This time around, I wanted to kick both Liam and Amy in their asses as they went on and on, having the same conversation and argument over and over again. PLEASE. JUST GET ON WITH IT ALREADY! GOD! (Ok, ignore me. I'm clearly overly excited right now.)

So there was also a bunch of new key characters in the story. One in particular I simply cannot wait to know more about in book 3. What a bitch!

And THAT EPILOGUE! There goes another twist right there.

**** 3.5 Stars ****

Cannot be read as a standalone

I'm a little disappointed.

In the previous book, Amy purposely put all her bad memories to the side. She ignored the issues and ran. Now she wants to face her demons and get answers.

Amy still has her trust issues from the previous book. But things become a LITTLE clearer.

I hate how Amy remembers bits and pieces. Can she just have one more flashback and remember everything? Geebuz.
There are a lot of steamy moments with Liam. He is definitely my favorite character. I’m not sure if I’ll read the next book in Chad’s POV. I probably will because I don’t like feeling I have unfinished business. But honestly I just want to skip his POV and go to the end.

REVIEW: INFINITE POSSIBILITIES is the second storyline in Lisa Renee Jones’s contemporary, new adult series-The Secret Life of Amy Bensen. Lisa Renee Jones has pushed the envelope with this heart stopping, soul searching, suspense filled story of one woman trying to survive against an unknown enemy. But as Amy leaves one life for another, nothing is ever clear, and the people that she trusts, become a bigger mystery than the ones she left.

Lisa pulls the reader into a story that had me sitting on the edge of my seat. There was never any time to sit and reflect about the what ifs and whys because at every turn Amy would discover that she knew less than she wanted but more than she thought. From repressed memories to PTSD, Amy finds herself second guessing everything she knows for the safety of the man with whom she has fallen in love.

Infinite Possibilities is an amazing storyline with twists and turns; a roller coaster of highs and lows; and at no point could you sit back and relax. Lisa Renee Jones has stepped forward and claimed her place in the new adult category and Infinite Possibilities will leave you breathless and wondering where it will all end.

Lisa has done it again! She left us dying for more at the end of Escaping Reality. What in the world was Amy going to do? She truly was alone with no one she felt she could trust. Infinite Possibilities dives right into the action.

I couldn't stop reading until Amy and I both had answers. Lisa is such a talented story-teller and does an awesome job of weaving these characters' lives together. There are unexpected connections at every turn as well as new questions.

Amy is still running, but instead of trying to forget her past and all of the heartbreak she's endured, she's standing up for herself and isn't giving up without a fight. Liam is also fighting for her and doing everything in his power to make her see that she can trust him. I felt for Amy and what she was going through. She loves him and doesn't want to lose the man that she's come to depend on.

I can't wait to see where Lisa takes us on this journey in the next book! It can't get here fast enough!

Thanks to Lisa for always creating a great world of escape and characters that we are able to relate to even in extraordinary circumstances. A great author of suspense and breathtakingly wonderful romance all at once!

xoxo.

I loved Infinite Possibilities!! Lisa Renee Jones crafted a intriguing sequel that kept me turning the pages as quickly as I could while trying to solve the mystery around Amy's past. I was right with Amy while she was trying to navigate through her past and her present in an attempt to ensure that she would have a future. I had so many questions after Escaping Reality and many of them were answered. I definitely understood why Amy questions everyone's presence in her life. The hardest thing for Amy is learning to trust herself and knowing who else she can trust.

Liam is determined, dominant, persistent, possessive, and powerful. There is definitely a connection between Amy and Liam that runs deeper than just chemistry and attraction. Amy has to decide whether or not she can trust him or if he might pose a threat to her. I loved that Amy decided to take control and find out who is controlling her life and why she is in danger. There were quite a few surprises and some that I didn't see coming! I didn't want it to end and I would definitely recommend this series!

Let me just say how much I love this series. I love reading a book and having my heart in my throat the entire time. There is so much angst in this series, and I live for the angst!! Lisa Renee Jones can weave a story so intricate and mange to weave the web so well that you are hooked from page 1.

Infinite Possibilites starts off exactly where Escaping Reality left off. And what a cliffhanger that one was. And guess what? You get another one with this book. I know a bunch of readers don't like cliffhangers and can get pretty upset, but not me!! I love when a book ends that leaves me thinking WTF? As long as the next story comes out within the next year I'm good.

We finally get some more insight into the mystery of Amy's past, and Liam Stone. Have I told her how much I love Liam Stone? No? Well I do! I was left reeling at the end of book 1 and I won't spoil anything by speaking about him too much, but holy hell batman, I love that man!

I can't fully describe how much I love this book without giving away the key points so just take my word for it and buy it now!

Secrets. Everyone has secrets that might or not, turn the tables in the game. Amy tries to run away from the people who are after her but who is trustworthy? Read the book to get the answer :P

Liam is the alpha male. I wouldn't dare to cross him. And I liked him more in IP than ER. He goes after her and finds her. He reminds me of the Charmings in OUAT. He will always find her.
I wanted to shake Amy more than once. I did not applaud her choices and I wish she had handled things better.
I thought that Jared was going to remain a mystery but close to the end he comes and makes me see him in a new way.

The book was quick and easy to read. I wanted to find out who was after my for six years, who was helping her, what everyone wanted in Amy's life, why Liam was on a commercial flight while he had is own private plane and what happened in the past.

Amy's story is over. But the whole story isn't over yet. I thought I was going to get my all answers but some questions remain. I hope that I will get them in the third book.
