    El actual escenario turístico caracterizado por los procesos de desintermediación y los nuevos parámetros de la demanda turística imponen nuevos retos para los espacios turísticos. Los actores turísticos de un territorio y sus relaciones son un elemento necesario para la articulación efectiva del espacio turístico, ya que cobran un valor especial en las estrategias y las acciones que tienen que emprenderse en dicho territorio para adaptarse a las nuevas condiciones del contexto. Por tanto es necesario prestar cada vez más atención a la “gestión activa del espacio turístico”. Así, a través del modelo del Sistema Turístico Local se podrá establecer qué vinculación existe entre el desarrollo turístico de un territorio y las relaciones entre los actores implicados, aplicando novedosas metodologías de análisis en ciudades patrimoniales.

    The new tourist scenery characterized by the intermediation extinction processes and the new parameters in tourist demand, set new challenges for tourist areas. Actor from a certain tourist area and its connections are basic for the real articulation of the area, this is because they become very important in the strategies and actions that must be undertaken to adapt to the new context conditions, therefore is becoming more important to pay attention to the “active management of tourist areas”. With the use of the Local tourist System it will be possible to set the type of relationship exists between the actors, applying new analysis methodologies in heritage cities.
