Terms and Conditions

• Customer, under the circumstances listed below, could earn a city'super $100 coupon and 1000 Fortune Wings Club points.

• Campaign period refers the period from 1st March, 2017 to 26th March, 2017.

• Customer must not be a registered member before the campaign period.

• Customer is required to fill the online form ( ) and to provide their telephone number, Fortune Wings Club membership id, and address if in case he/she prefers us to send the coupon by local mail. The telephone number provided must be the same as the one to be used in registering Kuaidi membership.

• Customer who is not our registered member before the campaign period would be eligible to the city'super coupon and Fortune Wings Club points redemption if he/she downloads our app and registers as a member.

• Quota applied in first come first service basis.

• Kuaidi Customer Service Team would be responsible to verify customer's registration status. Successful customer would be entitled to city'super $100 coupon and 1000 Fortune Wings Club points.  Kuaidi Customer Service Team will contact customer via phone regarding on the means to deliver the coupon. Yet Kuaidi Customer Service Team would not contact those who are found eligible or failed the registration.

• The rights to redeem the gift would be transferred to the next eligible person if in case the phone number provided by customer is not reachable in two successive working days with no further compensation.

• Customer himself/herself is responsible to ensure the communication's capability of the phone number provided within and 10 days after the campaign period.

• Only the first 1000 successful customers would be entitled the rights to redeem the coupon. Beside, first 40 successful customers would be granted 1000 Fortune Wings Club points along with the coupon.

• Successful customer who is entitled to the coupon would choose either pick up the coupon at Kuaidi branch, or to receive the coupon via local mail.

• All coupon delivery would be conducted within 10 working days right after the campaign period.

 • 1000 Fortune Wings Club points would be sent by Hong Kong Airlines.

• Please refer to the terms and conditions printed on the coupon regarding on the usage policy of the coupon.

• Each customer could only redeem at most one coupon during the campaign. Customers who redeemed a coupon during the campaign period would therefore be prohibited to participate in other Kuaidi promotion campaigns within the campaign period.

• Any customer who attempt to generate fraud record would automatically be prohibited to participate in this campaign.

• Didi HK and Hong Kong Airlines holds the final decision and judgement rights upon any inquires and complaints.
