Google Places & Living Free NYC announce the SoHo New Year/New You Shopping Spree Contest!
1. Sign-up at the form below, then go to Google.com/Places and select “Start Rating” (you’ll need to create a Google account if you haven’t already) and start reviewing as many New York City places as you can. The more quality reviews you post, the more chances you’ll have to win.

2. You've got through December 31st, 2011 to submit as many quality reviews as you like-- each new quality review will be an additional entry.

3. If you're wondering what we're looking for in a quality review, here are a few things to consider:
   - Originality - how creative or original is your review style?
   - Capturing the spirit of the place - how well do you describe the atmosphere of the place?
   - Unique view points - do you bring unique or different view points?
   - Writing style - how well written is your review?
