The Research Group in Breast Health at the University of Portsmouth investigates a variety of important breast health issues in women of all ages. In collaboration with Sparsholt College we are conducting a survey based study to investigate the prevalence, severity and impact of breast health issues in a population of female horse riders.

In order to participate in this study you must be:
• Female
• Aged 18 years or above
• Take part in horse riding

This study has received ethical approval from the University of Portsmouth. By completing this survey you consent to the processing of your personal information for the purposes of this research project. This information will be treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. You can withdraw at any point during the survey but your responses will be recorded anonymously once the final ‘submit’ button has been pressed.

There are questions in this survey of a sensitive nature, however no questions are mandatory and you may choose to skip any questions you do not wish to answer. This survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete, thanks in advance for your time!
