HOW TO MAKE CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT COOKIES

Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper and set them aside.

Beat together butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs and peppermint extract, mix well.

Whisk salt into flour in a separate bowl, and then add to butter mixture. Mix well and stir in chocolate chips.
