The app for sure needs improvments. The navigation through the park does not work all the time, you need to go out and enter again in order for the route to appear. The option to find your friend for me did not work at all. And every time when I filtered the attractions by distance every few seconds it showed 5xxx,xx km distances and I had to go one step back and apply the filter again. I loved the park and I will come back for sure. Love you guys, keep up the good work with grate enthusiasm! ❤

Hello Laura,
thanks for your feedback. It sounds like a problem with the GPS, when you actived GPS in a building or other place with many barriers, for example walls, its sometimes to difficult for GPS to find your postion, sometime it can't find you and shows you wrong distanze.

Whereas the old app was a shining example of proper app design, the redesign doesn't do the app any good. This reaches from the new name of the app (hard to find and ugly) through the additional level of navigation you have to go through when selecting whether you're interested in Europa-Park proper or Rulantica (2 apps would've been better). The new fluid interface is moreover more difficult to navigate, the map less clear & filters less obvious in use. I also miss the country-specific option.

Since it was renewed, this app has become a lot worse than before. The user interface is not intuitive and cluttered with PR and oversize pictures. The app response times are slow to the point of being almost unusable. On my Samsung S8 the app would regularly freeze. The very useful function of the old app version that allowed you to get quickly to an attraction with a Google maps type guidance doesn't seem to exist anymore, or it's si unintuitive to access that I couldn't find it.

in order to use navigation, you must share your location and have GPS activated.

Ed Euromaus and Snorri have been busy testing the Europa-Park and Rulantica App and discovered some small bugs, that will be fixed with this new update. You can also look forward to a virtual journey of discovery around our newly emerging rollercoaster "Voltron Nevera powered by Rimac".
