Although this isn't Holly Madison's first rodeo when it comes to pregnancy, she still has a hard time dealing with a few of the side effects.

The expecting mama sat down with E! News at the TOMS x Oceana Partnership Celebration at Au Fudge restaurant on Thursday and opened up a bit about being preggers with baby No. 2.

While she says she feels good, she admitted, "I just get tired super easily. Like, yesterday I was catching up with my friends, and I was just telling stories I was excited about and I'm like dead out of breath at the end of it. I was like, this is embarrassing. I feel like I just ran a marathon!"

Holly announced the news of her pregnancy in January, and she tells us her daughter, Rainbow, is very excited to be a big sister.

"She really is lobbying for a sister though," the former Girls Next Door star revealed. "So if it comes out a boy… I don't know! She might be disappointed."

Whether her sibling ends up being a boy or a girl—something Holly hasn't found out just yet—the two-year-old is already quite the little nurturer.

"Somebody gave her a butterfly garden for her birthday," the mama explained. "So they give you the caterpillars in cup and they grow in cocoons and you put them inside this net bag and they just hatched yesterday...She wanted to carry the butterfly net, when they were cocoons, around with us everywhere!"

Holly laughed, "If we went upstairs to go to sleep she's like, 'We've got to bring the butterflies! We've got to bring the caterpillars!' So, she was really into being a butterfly mom."
