Okay, VB has released some make-up with Estée Lauder. They said I could go to her office for a chat, about eyeshadow and stuff. Total win. I got on a bus and arrived. In my head the office was going to be one person on a sewing machine, Victoria in a corner munching on a rice cake. Well, I know I’m thick, but this time I was really thick. It’s a proper, big office rammed with lovely girls and racks of clothes and everything is very happy and buzzy. Victoria and I slunk into a small room, and once I worked out how to use the Dictaphone (genuinely more complicated than space travel), we were off.
