Most workarounds to change county etc don't work if you have made purchases on the play store as they check your billing address country.
To do a manual workaround is tedious. I wanted the xonomail beta app which is only available in the US. I had to wipe all market data. Use a US vpn tunnel, create a new play store account all for one app.
Much easier to ask in a thread like this.
