Running game with --help option should list parameters

    The included shell scripts hint that a variety of command line parameters for the game exist. When you run the game with the --help option, printing a little information on the supported parameters and quitting would be nice. Even a link to a wiki page or something would be helpful.

    Client build #977 on Linux.
