Online Assessment Tool - Setup Request
Please use this simple form to request the setup of the Online Assessment Tool for your courses *if you need to use if before 17th November 2014*.  
After this date it will be enabled automatically in OAT 2 so requesting setup for assessments after November 17th is not needed.
