Bladder dimensioning Principle Circumferential stretch: Peripheral stretch: In general, peripheral stretches should be between 10 % and 25 % Bladder mould:
- 2. 2 It consists of the top and bottom half moulds, core ball & bead flanges. Bladder Curing: The press is required to exert a pressure of not less than 3.5 MPa (500 psi) on the cavity area of the mould. This is intended to minimise flash and to ensure low thickness tolerances. Conventional Bladder Curing Press: It consists of a ram cylinder, side plates, bottom bolster, ejector assembly, top beam and the core rod assembly
- 3. 3 Compact Design Bladder Curing Press: 1)Mechanical Structure It consists of a Well cylinder, Base frame, bottom bolster, ejector assembly, strain rods, shear lock assembly, top beam and core rod assembly
