A month later, he was arrested in Antrim for criminal threatening and violation of probation or parole, and held without bail.

In August 2014, Carr was arrested for operation after suspension, reckless operation, disobeying an officer, and resisting arrest, after reportedly crashing his vehicle in Hopkinton during a multi-community chase with police.
