Join FLIR and HackerDojo for a Developer & Hacker Party to create new and interesting iOS thermal imaging apps for the FLIR ONE

Compete to win cash, products, and other promotional prizes for the best work, home, and play apps!

We’ll be giving away a FREE FLIR ONE hourly during the event (must be present to win), and we’ll provide free refreshments throughout the Developer & Hacker Party.

Friday 12/12

6 p.m. - Registration opens

7 p.m. - Introductions, information, and training

9 p.m.. - Team formations and equipment checkout (max 5 members per team)

10 p.m. - Hacker Party kickoff

10 p.m. - 12 a.m. – Hourly prize drawings

Saturday 12/13

Wee hours to wee hours: Hacking/inventing/ideating/learning/having fun

9 a.m. - Morning foods

12 p.m. - Lunch

5:30 p.m. - Dinner foods

8 a.m. - 8 p.m. - Hourly prize drawings

Sunday 12/14

Wee hours to 8 a.m.: Continued hacking

8 a.m. - Developer teams submit their projects

9 a.m. - Morning food

10 a.m. - Presentation preparation

11 a.m. - Project presentations (max 10 mins each)

12 p.m. - Lunch

1 p.m. - Final awards

Monday 12/15

9:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m. - Hacker/Maker Roundtable Discussion

Judging and Prizes

Apps will be judged on the following criteria:

1. How innovative it is
2. How well it works
3. How beautiful it is
4. How intuitive it is

Prizes:

1st - $5000 + FLIR ONE personal thermal imagers and wireless security cameras for the entire team

2nd - $2500 + FLIR ONE personal thermal imagers and wireless security cameras for the entire

3rd - $1500 + FLIR ONE personal thermal imagers for the entire team

4th - $750 + FLIR ONE personal thermal imagers for the entire team

5th - $250 FLIR ONE personal thermal imagers for the entire team

*There will be a $25 meal fee collected upon arrival, payable by credit/debit card, paypal, check or cash. This will cover all meals during the Hacker Party.
