I recently had the pleasure of working with Curtesy Plumbing for a toilet installation, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and their price was very competitive!

Richard arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, ensuring that the installation would meet my expectations.

Richard's expertise was evident from the moment he began working. He handled the installation with precision, carefully aligning the toilet bowl and tank. His attention to detail was impressive, and he made sure every bolt was secure and leak-free. Very clean install. He even helped me get rid of my old toilet.

Throughout the process, Richard maintained a courteous demeanor. He answered my questions patiently and explained each step. It's refreshing to work with someone who treats your home as if it were their own.

After completing the installation, Richard cleaned up thoroughly. There were no leftover tools or debris--just a beautifully installed toilet ready for use.

I have now called Courtesy Plumbing 2 more times since my first appointment back in 2020, and have had a great experience with each tech and appointment. They, from the front office to the techs, have always been very courteous and also have very quick response times! I called on a Monday to request an appointment, and they had one for the very next day! Due to my schedule, I was able to request an appointment for Saturday, as they work Monday through Saturday, which is very convenient! I was provided a 3-hr window, and the tech arrived within the estimated window provided.

Richard called me about 20 minutes prior to his arrival, which I usually request to ensure all is prepared for the tech's arrival, and he got quickly to work. He asked me what the issue was and as I was explaining it to him, he looked into it.

As always, I asked a lot of questions, so am always thankful for the tech's patience in responding and explaining everything. I knew that the flapper my toilet was not available at The Home Depot or local hardware stores, but it was good to learn how to order them online, or through Courtesy Plumbing, as it would be good to have on-hand if we continue to run into issues and need to call for another appointment.

The online website no longer offers any coupons for existing customers, but there is one for new customers. As always, great customer service, courteous, reasonably priced, and very professional! We love supporting local businesses and this company has been in business since 1970. Support local businesses!

I had my house re-piped and re-drained by Courtesy Plumbing. I originally wanted to fix multiple fixture issues around the house. My home was built in 1957 with original galvanized pipes and cast iron drains.

Cory advised me that attempting repairs on multiple fixtures might open up a can of worms and suggested that it's time for a re-pipe to PEX instead of wasting money trying to replace fixtures tied into old plumbing that's near the end of its life.

He sent out Express Air to test the demolition areas for asbestos. When the results were negative, the job was scheduled. Ed and a team of 3 other guys were sent and got started at 8 AM. Running both the new water line from the meter to the house and the re-pipe was completed the same day. I had water again by 3 PM.

When Ed was in the crawlspace, he said the cast iron drainage doesn't look like they have much life left, and advised me to change it out with ABS while the walls were already opened up. He showed me the main cleanout that ran down the middle of the entire house. It had a partial clog. I asked why not clear it? He said I run the risk of cracking the cast iron. I was convinced and agreed. Ed and his team came back out a second day and the re-drain was completed by that afternoon.

I got new fixtures for my bathtub and shower. All the u-traps under sinks got replaced. I got a new pop-up for one of my sinks at no extra cost. They dug down multiple feet to install an ABS pipe with a cleanout at a section of the main sewer line. I didn't have a cleanout there before and now I got one.

I'm fortunate to have a crawlspace where everything was accessible with minimal demolition. The house was designed where all the fixtures were easily accessible without demolishing bathtub and shower tiles. At the end of the job, they patched the demolition areas, and I only had to handle the repaint.

It was a job well done.

Richard and Andrew from Courtesy Plumbing came out to replace our old tankless water heater with a new one. During our estimate, Richard beat the price of a bid from a local competitor (thus earning our business). Richard and Andrew made the installation quick and painless. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and kindly explained what various parts of the new system do and how to change the settings on our new system. We have used Courtesy in the past for all of our plumbing needs and they never fail to provide sage advice, fair (and realistic) estimates, and speedy service.

Courtesy Plumbing recently started leaving harassing phone messages and sending me random invoices out of the blue to my home address for a 4 year old plumbing bill at someone else's property that I have never owned or set foot in. I would be weary of working with a company whose book keeping appears to be so bad that something like this even happens. Still haven't corrected this after multiple phone calls.

I requested services about 3 months ago. my request was given to Jerry. (at this point I could have his name wrong since it's been so long). was told he'd call. after 4 days I called and spoke to him giving him the details of the job. was told he'd call back at end of week. gave him 2 weeks and nothing. called again and left a message for him. he called and I asked for pricing. was told he'd call back. gave him 3 weeks and nothing. called again and to girl in the message to him to specifically ask if he wanted my business. she apologized. he called back. gave prices and said they could order parts and be ready by the Friday or Monday. it's been more than three weeks and crickets. I'm done begging you to take my business

Jack is an experienced, knowledgeable and highly efficient plumber. Courtesy Plumbing prices are reasonable/honest and the owner, Jeff, is prompt and easy to work with. If you look at the posted pictures of their work, especially the sweated joins, it's clear this is a firm that does only top quality work.

Yelp automatically gives out 5 bids for a project. No one beat Courtesy Plumbing price, had equal quality work or wanted to show up as quickly. Additionally, several wanted to charge us just for estimates. Needless to say, this is the only plumbing firm I intend to use for our future plumbing needs.

Contacted them via Yelp when I noticed a small slow leak. They responded very quickly and I was able to make an appointment for 2 days later. Their rep Richard showed up timely, during the early part of the appointment window which I very much appreciated. He figured out the issue and explained what it was in detail. He provided a quote in case I wanted them to do the repair, but with his explanation I was able to fix it on my own. Very quick and professional and not trying to nickel and dime me unnecessarily. I will definitely contact them in the future if I have any other plumbing issues.
