Footage surfaces of Robert Durst peeing on candy counter

A newly released video shows eccentric killer Robert Durst relieving himself at the counter of a Texas drugstore pharmacy in a disgusting incident for which he was arrested last summer.

The New York real estate scion unzips his pants and turns a candy display at a cash register into his personal toilet, in full view of an employee and customer.

The stunned customer behind him takes a few steps back before moving to another register, while the cashier grabs the store telephone’s handset.

It was not clear whether the cashier was calling the police or asking for a cleanup.

Durst, now 72, appears undaunted by the attention and continues to take care of his business before casually picking up his backpack, which he had placed on the counter, and exiting the store.

Durst, who is currently in jail on federal weapons charges, ruined at least $100 in sweets. He was fined $500 after pleading no contest to criminal mischief.

“He picked up his prescription, and he then exposes himself and pees all over the cash register and candy at the register and then walks out and walks down the street,” Houston police spokeswoman Jodi Silva told The Post last year. “He wasn’t arguing with anybody and he didn’t seem agitated.”

Durst was the subject of the recent HBO documentary “The Jinx,” which details suspicions about him in the never-solved disappearance of his first wife, Kathie; the slaying and dismemberment of his Galveston, Texas, neighbor Morris Black; and the execution-style murder of his friend Susan Berman in LA.

In the finale of the documentary, Durst mutters to himself, “What did I do? Killed them all, of course.”

Shortly after it aired, LA authorities issued a warrant for his arrest in Berman’s murder.
