申請聲明(Notice)

1. 短片需為45分鐘之內作品，報名影片不限國別，需為華語發音（華語對白需超過全片1/2）。
2. 申請者為影片所有人，並持有影片版權，申請者入選後，將配合規劃之相關影片宣傳播映活動。
3. 影片內所有影像均獲得當事人同意，音樂為自行創作或合法取得授權之音樂，皆可合法在電影院播出。

1. Duration of the submitting film should be no more than 45 minutes. Film should be in Chinese language (including official and vernacular language used in Chinese-speaking territories)
2. The applicant, as the original creators of the Entries, will retain complete ownership of the Entries.  
3. All images and sound/music used in the film should be legally authorized for public screening; the applicant shall bear the full responsibility for its copyrights
