5	Hook (4 volunteers)	1-2 rehearsals plus 1 show	Want to really make a connection with the kids? Commit to a few days to show up for a few hours each & make a huge difference.You'll get to know kids & their names & the show order. At the show, you will pull kids out of the audience before their number, writing on whiteboard & tapping performer on shoulder
6	Backstage Manager (4 volunteers)	1-2 rehearsals plus 1 show	You'll direct performers, help with prop setup & take down onstage.
7	5th gr parent! MC Co-Lead (4 volunteers)	2-3 rehearsals plus 1 show	This may be the last time your almost middle schoolers want you to volunteer - commit to be an MC lead & help them with their amazingness. Get to know MCs-names, lines, keep them focused, connected & positive.
8	Tech Assistant (4 volunteers)	1 rehearsal plus 1 show	Do you have real technical interest? We need consistent support with our mikes & music. Learn to use mikes, put them on the performers. No experience necessary!

12	Design Team - Program, Tickets, DVD Labels		With guidance from Talent Show Team, design, order & print
13	Design Team - Stage Design		With guidance from Talent Show Team, stage design
14	Design Team - promotion		Pre-show promotion - make posters to hang around school to promote. You can organize this as a Noon Art activity with the kids helping.
15	Design Team - Decorations, stage design		MP Room decorations - create & hang, with guidance from Talent Show Team
16	MC Script Writer		With guidance from Director, write a simple personalized MC script, which will announce performers & details about them.
17	Photographer, Yearbook page		take candid photos during auditions, rehearsals, shows & arrange Yearbook page

27	Pick up Pipe & Drape		Pick up Pipe & Drape from Children's Theatre
28	Return Pipe & Drape		Return Pipe & Drape to Children's Theatre
29	Pick up Rental Equipment		Pick up rental equipment & deliver to Escondido MP Room
30	Return equipment rentals		Pick up equipment from MP Room & return to Equipment rental vendor

36	Audition assistant - inside/outside		Assist parents & performers with signing in or time tracking the auditions, take headshots
37	End of rehearsal sign-out		Keep the kids safe! performers and MC must be signed out by responsible adult. be prepared to stay 30 minutes after rehearsal ends for late pickups.
38	Pre-Show Sign-in		Help sign kids in, direct parents away from performers, give performers order label, remind about props & bathroom
39	Show tracker - outside		track show progress outside, final performer check
40	Ticket Sales / Ticket Takers		Sell tickets before or after school / collect tickets as audience enters
41	Assist with Load-in & Tech setup		Sounds technical, but no experience necessary
42	During Show: Ticket Seller/Will Call		During Show: Sit outside MP room, check people in
43	Pizza Sales between shows		Between shows, keep the line moving, sell pizza.
44	Cake servers		After each Friday show, each cast celebrates with cake!
