Welcome Volunteer Earthdancers! Please sign up below for a crew shift at Earthdance Northwest 2011. We have many opportunities this year so please help us and pick the best spot for you. Volunteers are the source and inspiration for what makes this event possible.

All volunteers will pay a $20 discounted price ticket admission fee, and must work for a minimum of 6 hours. Your volunteered time will not go unnoticed and any help beyond your scheduled hours will be greatly appreciated ! After we receive your registration, we will process this as soon as humanly possible and send you a special code that will apply to your discounted ticket.

Here are some perks to volunteering for EDNW2011:
* Discounted ticket @ $20 -- This will be your registration as a volunteer.
* Waived Parking fee ($10 general) , though we still encourage carpool!
* Staff/Artist camping if you so choose
* Access to Kitchen and 3 meals a day -- Please bring your cup and spoon!
* Be a part of the internal Earthdance Experience

A callout to volunteers now: For Wednesday and Thursday, we need help building domes, construction persons, stage hands and all that we can to get this conference up and atom by 2pm, friday afternoon! Also, we would like help with the kids area, so those inclined, there can be fun times indeed. :)

Orientation: Volunteer Orientation will be at Thursday September 22nd at 6PM.
*Volunteer parking, Gate and Ranger crews must attend this orientation.*

The festival officially opens Friday at 2pm.

*IMPORTANT:
We need you to clearly state what dates you will be at the festival. I.e. Wednesday-Sunday, Friday-Saturday Only, etc.
Please include whether or not you are available for Set-up (Wednesday and/or Thursday 12-8pm)
or Tear down (Sunday and Monday until the job is done. This is a Leave No Trace event after all)

This information in essential in the formulation of a working schedule.
