SEATTLE, WA -- Passengers aboard a delayed Alaskan Airlines flight were treated to an impromptu symphony performance. Even more surprising, the airline didn't charge them for it.

Members of the Grammy-award winning Seattle Symphony Orchestra broke out their instruments during the flight and started playing. The ensemble consisted of two violinists, a viola and a cellist, KIRO-TV reports.

A passenger recorded the performance with her cell phone and posted the video on Facebook.

"(It) made everyone's night!" said Addie Bogart told KING-TV. "It almost made us forget we were two hours late to Palm Springs."

The Seattle Symphony just won its first Grammy ever last Sunday.
