AmCham Romania members are invited to a first workshop offered by AIMS Romania within the AmCham Learning & Innovation Center.
Knowing what good looks like in a job is the key to successful people and performance management.And by defining the ideal behavioral requirements of your roles, you'll be in a powerful position to make clear decisions on which candidates fit the role you're recruiting for. In addition, with the right employees in the right roles, you'll have a higher level of job satisfaction and you'll be able to truly get the most out of your people. Which means you'll avoid staff turnover, develop the right people for the right roles and reduce the likelihood of recruitment mistakes.
AIMS is using Thomas International for years, both in recruitment projects and in evaluation & development programs. The workshop conducted by AIMS Executive Search & Consulting will provide you the opportunity to experiment on how to define the ideal behavioral requirements for a role and how to match them with your profile. You’ll quickly get a view of the people who are ideally suited the role – and those who aren’t.

- Human Profiling – Personal Profile Analysis, what are the candidate’s strengths and limitations?
- Job Compatibility - identifies a goodness of fit rating for one candidate, outlining the candidate’s suitability for the role, and provides an interview guide with questions

The workshop is facilitated by Dan Badiu, Senior Consultant and Magda Manea, Senior Consultant.
Dan’s experience is of over 15 years in Human Resources and 12 years with AIMS Romania Bucharest’s office. He was exposed to talent search and recruiting in various industries, having initiated and managed himself several hundreds of complete recruiting and staffing projects for multinational corporations, especially for middle and top management positions, assessment & development projects and outplacement projects.
Dan is a graduate of Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and is Thomas International certified consultant.
Magda has been active in the Recruitment and Consultancy industry for over 14 years; she started her career within a multinational HR Consultancy company in 1999. She joined the AIMS Bucharest team in August 2005; ever since, she has been involved in recruitment projects for Middle and Top Management positions, projects developed using the Executive Search method. She managed or was involved in different consulting projects, including Assessment & Development Center, Career counselling programs and training delivery.
Magda is a graduate of Bucharest University, Library and Information Science Faculty and holds a postgraduate course degree in Marketing within the Academy of Economic Studies. She is Thomas International certified consultant.
