Are you an internationally trained professional who is currently working in a job that underutilizes your skills and education? Are you seeking an alternative career relevant to your trained profession? Join us for an info session to learn more about how our program may be able to assist you!

Funded by the Government of Canada, the Active Career Advancement Project (ACAP) is a national pilot project implemented by S.U.C.C.E.S.S. ACAP provides assistance to Internationally Trained Professionals who are currently employed in work that underutilizes their skills and expertise to take a step forward in achieving sustainable, meaningful and alternative employment related to their education/training obtained from their country of origin. ACAP also supports local employers in creating or improving HR practices that supports diversity in the workplace.

With more than 40 years of experience in serving immigrants, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. has developed a strong understanding of their needs through innovative projects. With the Active Career Advancement Project: Pathways to Possibilities, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. is addressing the lack of alternative career support for underutilized immigrants. This initiative is a national pilot project offering integrated services to support:

1) Underutilized immigrants to re-position themselves in alternative careers related to their expertise

2) Employers to hire, develop and retain underutilized immigrants in alternative careers in their workforce
