Mental Health First Aid
Complete the form below to register for "Mental Health First Aid" on Wednesday, March 11 (Part 1) and Wednesday March 25 (Part 2). Both training sessions will take place from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Center Congregational Church in Meriden.

PLEASE NOTE: All sessions are free for ACT members, non-members will be charged $15 per person (please mail check to ACT, 110 Bartholomew Ave, Ste 3050, Hartford, CT 06106). Limit of 2 people per agency. Failure to attend without a phone call at least 24 hours in advance will result in a $25.00 charge and may limit your access to future trainings.
