Instructions

  • Hold your trunk tight and keep your back straight
  • Bend your arms slightly
  • Hold the plate at opposite sides
  • Palms in
  • Raise the plate so it is level with (or slightly above) your shoulders
  • Lower the plate to waist height
  • All movement should be generated by your deltoids, do not swing your body to assist the action
