Kim Kardashian is now a diplomat. The reality star, 35, united sis Kylie Jenner and brother Rob Kardashian’s fiancée, Blac Chyna, for peace talks at Jenner’s Calabasas, California, home April 21.
“They spent the day together,” a source reveals in the latest issue of Us Weekly. “It went well.”
Well enough, in fact, for both to Snapchat the event, with the 27-year-old model posting, “Hanging out with my lil sis.” Jenner captioned her own post: “When we’ve been best friends the whole time.”
Not quite. Tensions have been high since 2014, when the young makeup maven, 18, began dating rapper Tyga after he dumped the mother of his 3-year-old son, King Cairo. The two women went back and forth with passive-aggressive Instagram posts, and Rob fueled the fire when he promoted his fiancée’s lip kit earlier this month over his sister’s mega-popular version.
But once Rob, 29, proposed to his girlfriend of three months on April 4, Kim knew “things couldn’t go on like this,” says the source.
“Kim had been working on this for a long time,” another insider continues. "She told Kylie that whatever Chyna had said about her was because she was hurt. Kim told Kylie to swallow her pride.”
And Rob was glad she did. “So happy my girls got to talk and make peace,” he captioned an April 22 Instagram shot of Jenner and Chyna.

Kim had a similar experience a few months ago when she and Amber Rose posted a selfie together February 2 after a messy Twitter feud between Kanye West (who dated Rose before marrying the Selfish author) and the model’s ex Wiz Khalifa. Their meetup took place at momager Kris Jenner’s home in Calabasas, California, and West, 38, settled things with Khalifa off-camera.
"My brother Malik Yusef got us on the phone," the “Waves” rapper told Real 92.3 host Big Boy February 4. "He’s very close with Wiz. He’s also very close with me. We chopped it up, squashed it."
