Celebrities, Most especially Nigerian celebrities are not immune to tragic situations. As we have recorded so many deaths in two years in Nollywood and also in the music industry. That is the more reason why our celebrities should have insurance policies.
I saw on a popular American website that majority of American celebrities have a Life Insurance policies. And I quote from the website “Despite the massive wealth of many celebrities, most still have life insurance policies that could pay millions to their estates if they pass away unexpectedly. Film studios often take out massive life insurance policies on film stars in the case that one of the actors dies during filming, whether on set or off.” So why won’t our Nigerian celebrities have life insurance policies for themselves?
Life Insurance policy is a very good thing to do at a young age. We are not preparing for anybody to die, so don’t be pessimistic. Our own Davido now has a life insurance policy and this is coming from a very secured and trusted source.
