Rude, hangs up, raising voice when I ask questions, doesn't answer phone with business name,

I read a lot of negative reviews, but my experiences have been very good. Friendly staff and drivers. Reasonable prices.

Always on time if not early. Reliable ride to airports with competitive pricing. I recommend Good Luck Car Service.

We were recommended to this car service given their excellent pricing. The first one I used them was from the airport to the Hamptons and the driver kept falling asleep. I kept trying to make conversation to make sure he stayed awake.

We did use them again as the price was better than anywhere else. They were fine the next 2 times and then showed up 30 mins late the following time. I kept calling their dispatch and they couldn't get a hold of the driver. Luckily, I had left enough time to get to the airport. We tried them one more time and everything went smoothly and then this morning my husband had made a reservation to get to the airport and they just never showed up. We called several times and the dispatch couldn't find the driver. She kept saying she'd call us back in 5 minutes and never did. He ended up getting an Uber and the car never showed.

I'd say the name is perfect, Good Luck ...getting the car to show up. Not worth the $100 saved when a new flight costs more. I would strongly recommend against ever using this company.

I can't rate their service, but I can say that if you try their website, you are sent to a wrong destination related to TOMCAT NAVIGATION, or some such thing.

God damn i tried my hardest not to report this place.
I recommended this place to lots of friend of mine. I ordered an early AM cab ride to JFK last Friday for my friend who was really intoxicated and never showed up. I gave them my number to calll because he was too drunk. They agreed but never showed up and tried to call for my rides and they yelled at me and wouldn't give me a chance to explain myself but cursed me out. If you guys are competing against other companies, you guys can do better

Last minute car request. Great prices and got a lovely driver who arrived on time. Very pleased.

THE WORST CAR SERVICE IN TOWN!!!

First of all, we used the app to book a car but the driver was 30 minutes late.
The lady on the phone was super RUDE and full of attitude!!! Maybe she was the boss or she must be thinking she was. The app asked for my CC info, which I filled out. At the end of the car ride, I was asked to give my CC info again. I mean why do you want me to give my CC info for the 2nd time to the driver when the app had already been charged??? Then the lady on the phone told me "the app was not updated, you should call instead". If the app is not updated or working why do you still have it on the App Store and letting people use it?? What kind of business model is this? I don't know how they generate customers.

PLEASE just do yourself a favor and order an Uber, or if anything take the MTA. At least you won't be treat like a piece of shit over the phone by this FKing lady. ZERO STARSSS

Driver wanted to charge me double what the app claimed, and cursed out my parents including my mother who passed away from cancer when I was a child stating she did not raise me properly.

Company ignored my calls. When my neighbor called using her number, the company answered and she was told the app "is in the process of being completed so I could not go by that price".

When filing with the Better Business Bureau, I went back to the app for information and noticed they were able to change the price of my fare even though I was told otherwise on the phone.

(I removed names and addresses for privacy, but left the driver's number and license plate so those of you that choose to use this service may be warned)

Great service, always on time. They've raised their prices but we still use them for reliability.
