Feel Better unveil new track, ‘Stuck’

By Ben Tipple

Feel Better have unveiled their new track, ‘Stuck’. The track is taken from their forthcoming self-titled full-length, due on the 15th July through Really Rad Records.

‘Stuck’ is influenced by the likes of American Football and other turn of the century emo outfits, adding the contemporary twist presented by You Blew It! and their ilk, completed by an emotive horn section a la The Hotelier.

“I was struggling with work/life balance at the time we wrote ‘Stuck’,” vocalist Joel Parmer explained to Substream Magazine, who premiered the track. “I wrote some potential lyrics on the back of a pay stub and came to the realization that while I was actually making a good amount of money for once in my life, the pay wasn’t worth the fact that I didn’t have time or flexibility to do what I genuinely wanted to.”

‘Feel Better’ is available to pre-order now via BandCamp and Really Rad Records.
